RPMS are currently providing Project Management Services to Roadtek’s Downs South West Region. Building on a relationship over the past 12 months, RPMS now manages Crews in Dirranbandi and Mungindi assisting Roadtek to deliver Flood Emergent Works, and long term restoration Projects.

This is a good business model whereby RPMS provides Project Management, and Roadtek provide the resources (Labour, Plant and Equipment) to get the job done. This relationship ensures residents in Western Areas are getting their Roads repaired to a high standard with Quality Supervision.

There is a vast difference in Project Delivery between Rural and City based Projects. Day in day out we see City Engineers coming out to the bush and stuffing things up. They just don’t have rural experience, and are continually wasting money when the jobs can be completed far more expediently using a practical approach.

Lowell is engaged by Goondiwindi Regional Council (Inglewood Office) on an hourly rate as a Supervisor and manages the resources allocated by the Council. This is a great business model which allows Council to utilise local subcontractors, whilst still having Professional Supervision for the duration of the Projects. All RPMS Projects are delivered under Certified Quality and Safety Management Systems, and RPMS holds Traffic Management Registration with the Department of Main Roads.
